1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Curravo, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use Curravo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Curravo provides real-time and historical foreign exchange rate data, currency conversion tools, cryptocurrency prices, rate alerts, travel calculators, and financial tracking features for informational purposes.

Rates are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Exchange rates used for actual transactions may differ. Curravo is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You may use many features of Curravo without creating an account. Some features (rate alerts, portfolio tracking, expense tracking, savings goals) require a registered account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free plan: Available to all users at no cost. Subject to feature limits described on the Pricing page.

Pro plan: Paid subscription with monthly or annual billing. Prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to other currencies at the time of checkout.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial. No payment information is required to start. At the end of the trial, accounts revert to the Free plan unless a subscription is purchased.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Curravo for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download rate data without prior written permission
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other technical measures
• Use Curravo data for high-frequency trading, arbitrage, or automated financial systems without a commercial data license
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the operation of the service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Curravo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of exchange rates, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that rate data is accurate, complete, or up to date. Use rate data for informational purposes only — always verify with your bank or financial institution before making transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curravo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on exchange rate data provided by the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Curravo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

The Curravo name, logo, design, software, and content are owned by Curravo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Exchange rate data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms of use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Curravo at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through appropriate legal channels.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Curravo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
