How do I manage or delete my alerts?

All your active alerts are listed in your account:

1. Go to My Account → Rate Alerts.
2. Each alert shows the pair, target rate, direction, and current status.
3. Click the Delete button next to an alert to remove it.

If you did not confirm your alert via the verification email, it will not trigger. Check your spam folder for the confirmation email, or delete and re-create the alert.
